Join Us - Young People and Families Therapeutic Support WorkerMar 9: We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated worker with a proven track record of providing therapeutic support to young people affected by trauma. Providing therapeutic support, information and advocacy services, this role will involve responding to the needs of young survivors of sexual abuse and their families.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and the team at RASAC are sharing daily ideas to help you to pause and take a ‘mental health moment’ for yourself. Today we’re focusing on emotions. Experiencing sexual violence can have a huge impact on our wellbeing, but RASAC’s Decider Skills programme can help survivors to learn practical skills to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
